“ The restaurant has a wonderful quiet atmosphere if you show up for an early dinner, the service was excellent, and the food was fresh and great! Definitely worth a stop if you are looking for some pretty good Italian food. Also the Tiramisu was perfect! It wasn't too sweet nor was it bland, the taste of coffee blended well with the accompanying flavors! We will be back for the Tuesday night live music! ”
“ I’ve visited this restaurant many times—Mother’s Day, my mother-in-law’s birthday, my brother-in-law’s graduation—and I’ve always loved the food, the setting, and the atmosphere. It’s a beautiful place, and I’ve truly enjoyed every visit. Unfortunately, during our most recent visit this past Saturday, I let my frustration get the best of me. My mother-in-law had been waiting a long time for her dessert, and after trying to get help multiple times without a response, I became overwhelmed and ended up raising my voice. A staff member kindly stepped in and brought over the manager, and while I didn’t handle it well at first, the owner showed up and brought real calm to the situation. He helped me see things from your side—your team was slammed right before Mother’s Day, and everyone was doing their best. I want to sincerely apologize to the manager and your staff. I acted out of emotion and didn’t take a moment to consider how hard your team was working. Thank you for allowing my family to stay, and I truly hope that manager knows how much I respect how he handled it. ”
